KING Extend Pro LTE/Cell Signal Booster

• We purchased the King Extend Pro Cell Extender thinking that it would come with everything in the product video that the seller included. Unfortunately it lacks the case, tripod, tow vehicle antenna, and 12 volt power supply. This kit is only for the camper install. The summary of what you get is actually in the Features section, which we realized when we received the kit. So be warned that the video is not a reflection of what you will receive. Disappointed.
• Installed in my RV. Used old TV antenna on roof. Got adapter for it. Works perfect!!
• According to the Manufacturer you will only see performance increase if you are inside vehicle or building. If you have your phone outside as well as the devices transmitting antenna you will see no improvement or very little. I have a RV and need a better signal while enjoying our outdoor patio. Reception antenna is mounted 13’ in the air.Makes no sense to me but that is their statement to me.
• I purchased this product directly from KING it was an easy install. Simply put, the product does NOT work it even slowed my speeds at times. I used a speed test each time to test While plugged in and not, ZERO difference and now because 30 days have past KING will not refund my money, never mind that the family had no vacation planned for a couple of months. Do not buy this! You WILL regret it!
• Setup was easy as my RV was prewired for the King Exten Pro. I got a green light on the unit indicating it was setup correctly. Never improved my cell signal. No increase in the bars on my phone and there was no increase in the dBm in my signal strength. Sometimes it would slow my service down. I would unplug the unit and I would go back to higher speed. I called customer service. The original salesperson told me they would be there after the install to assist with any issues. They don\'t answer the phone, you have to leave voicemail. I left 3 voicemails and 1 email on 4 different days. I have never heard back from them. If you are looking for a product like this, I would recommend looking at the competitions products and look at reviews and compare. Go with another company that will provide quality customer service after the purchase.
