- I originally received this without the necessary diamond mount, but I contacted the seller, and they promptly sent one. Thanks for making it right! The mount itself is great and keeps my phone rock steady on the boat. It\'s easy to operate and looks great as well. Very satisfied.
- The X-Grip won\'t let go even in the worst conditions. It hasn\'t dropped my phone once.If there\'s any downside, it needs to be FIRMLY mounted and it takes both hands to get your device secured. I\'m sure there are some show-offs that can do it with one hand, but I\'m not that fortunate.
- Very flexible system that works great. My only complaint is that it didn\'t come with the screws for the Ram mount. Did a Google search and found the right size but had to go to two hardware stores to find them. No big deal but it seems like they should have been included.
- This phone holder is fully functional and holds my cell phone snug. (My cell phone has a thick cover that acts as my wallet, so you can imagine just how bulky my phone is.) And it\'s spring loaded so that it\'s easy to dismount it from the holder. It swivels and works well on the left side of my steering wheel. (I\'m left-handed.) I\'m very satisfied with this purchase.

- Got this yesterday and mounted it in my 17 Jeep JK and man does it work. I have a iPhone X gen1 with a wallet case on in with id and cards so its thick and this holder securely holds my iPhone. I did take so rough dirt roads around my house and the holder held my phone securely. Not sure long time but so far this holder is AWESOME!
- Using it on the handlebar of a Goldwing. Super-glued the rubber pads. There was a small instruction sheet showing this, but I had already read that in other reviews. My LG G3 (big phone) with an Otter Box Defender (their heaviest protection) is a tight fit, but has never shown any signs of coming loose. The Defender box is somewhat rubberized, so with the rubber prong covers, there is no sliding around. Probably not rugged enough for a ADV bike or lumpy V-twin but has worked for a couple thousand miles of pavement riding with no problem.
