- Read all the reviews from all the tech sites and decided to get these headphones. The tones have such a heavy bass on them, that music is a little distorted and using them on phone calls sounds terrible. Voices are very deep and muffled and the other person I talk to complains of not being able to hear me clearly, saying I sound muffled and distant from my phone.Listening to podcasts or things that don\'t have much bass associated with it sounds good. Comfort level is pretty good and so far the battery lasts most of the day with continued use.Probably would have chosen a different set of headphones now that I have them, but will have to live with what I got.
- The fit is good, the sound quality is good. It does sound better with the earplugs in, but for me that defeats the purpose - I like bone conduction headphones so that I have awareness of my surroundings. These still sound pretty good without the earplugsI\'ve worn them while swimming, and the same holds true there.Battery life would be my only complaint. It\'s not terrible but I still need to do some more testing. In Bluetooth mode, I listened for 1.5 hours and the device states the battery level is now at 75%(my phone claims the battery remaining on the headphones is 90%, so it must not be communicating that back to the phone correctly)I wore them swimming and probably had them running for 1 to 1.5 hours in mp3 mode. I would expect that use less battery, however it used 50% of the battery.I will track battery usage a little more closely and update this in a week or 2.[UPDATE]I did 2 tests, each for 5 hours after a full charge. Both in Bluetooth mode and MP3 mode, after 5 hours the headphones reported 25% battery remaining.
- I got these for swimming laps, and for that purpose the sound quality is adequate. Putting music on wasn’t terrible, but could be simpler if they had some kind of app that integrated with Apple Music and iTunes. But honestly I just loaded up with music and probably won’t change what’s on there often.Main thing it gets dinged for is the controls. Buttons are difficult to press, and are multi-function and not intuitive. Cannot easily/reliably get it into Bluetooth mode. Seem I keep having to pair it again and again. Frustrating. Volume +/- is also difficult to control. They do the job. But could be a lot better.
