- Frustrated. I bought one of their previous version (BH72) Yealink Bluetooth Headset w/ Stand before and was quite pleased overall. I needed another one for my work and decided to get a new one. Saw this upgraded headset for the same price and took the chance to buy it.For what I know is that this supposedly gives a \"better\" sound than the BH72, and also supports active noise cancelling. On top of that, audio passthrough, bluetooth 5.2, and Qual. APTX HD! Well, guess I can\'t confirm everything yet.Got it today- it was opened and used! I paid NEW, not USED! Angry and returning it... Now I have to wait another 1.5wks before I can update this review...-----Update 2: customer service did reach out to make sure we got the new product and reached out to their warehouse to check for the packaging. Unfortunately, I did receive another product but it is not bubble wrapped and there was no seal on it like the older versions so again I can\'t verify that it is a new, used, or open product... Which makes me uncomfortable paying this much to try again receive another possibly opened or used product when I paid for it new. Since customer service did reach out, I\'m adding another star to it.As far as the product itself, it is what I stated above. The battery life is longer, the extra modes and noise cancelling is definitely a plus compared to other versions. Apx is nice. The only thing is, I feel it isn\'t as comfortable after a 2hr meeting... My ears would start to hurt and I have a small head! Overall, could have been a good 5 stars, but at this point, a solid 4/5 for its price (used at full price still not confirmed, might be better to buy at store if this matters to you), functionality, customer service, and overall shipping.
- I switched my home phone service to Google & of course NO Tutorial available. I had to go in & watch You Tube videos so I could teach myself how to put a voice message on my phone. Google Voice kept on talking about a microphone. I did everything I could think of to get on this computer to talk into some kind of microphone. It takes too long to talk to Google via phone; my words & descriptions never match a CS agent anyway. After researching & watching many videos online I decided to order a microphone. Low & behold it worked! If I want to use the dial out connection from my computer on Google, I\'ll have to wear my Microphone. Luckily, I don\'t have to do that since I have a house phone though. It\'s been a LONG 2 months just trying to figure out what I needed, it was a learning experience for sure.
- I use these mostly for online meetings and listening to YouTube and mild gaming. These were not meant for high quality music listening, but they are good enough for me. I cannot wear the large headsets (like Razer) because they hurt my ears. My head is small from side to side. These are light-weight. Unlike some other headsets, Teams and Zoom have no trouble detecting these headsets. Plug-n-play and worth the money in my opinion. In fact, I have 2 sets - one for my work laptop and one for my personal PC.
- I love this headset, The most comfortable one I have bought yet. I take up to 80 calls a shift and the ONLY problem I am having is the sound quality. They say I sound far away, and I’ve done all the troubleshooting I know to do and it hasn’t helped. But other than that I definitely recommend them. I just wish the sound was better. I don’t want to have to find another headset, because other than that issue these are amazing especially after a 10 hour shift and no discomfort. Also, I’m not sure is the top head peice is supposed to lock, but mine doesn’t, it just freely swivels if it’s not on my head, but once I’m wearing them it’s no issue just a feature I didn’t realize they had maybe! Anyway/ love them, just need better sound! Thanks
- I also own Jabra 75, hence I am comparing my experience with this headset to the Jabra one. I am aware of the price difference, however $140 for this headset is not cheap to give it a slack.Cons:- What I feared of prior buying the headset was confirmed: the actual construction is quite clumsy, so sliding in/sliding out is not a very smooth and natural movement, moving the headset slightly. Being on a meeting with Jabra is a much more natural experience (for me): sliding the mic up and down is much easier and natural.- Another issue: Consider you have the mic arm extended, you are unmuted. Sometimes, when you are trying to pull the mic arm in, the arm slips out of your fingers, and the mic pulls back out (because of the magnets driving it out). Yet the sensor already senses the movement, and mutes you out. So now you have the mic arm out, and you are muted. If you try to retract the mic arm, you get unmuted with your mic arm retracted! This is a major design issue: the mute/unmute is not set based on the mic arms position, but only based on the movement which can end uncompleted. This situation happened to me a few times already, hence isn\'t a one-time hard-to-reproduce occurrence.- Software issue: I am connected to the PC via the dongle. Oftentimes, the sound stops coming through the headset, even thought the headset says \"PC connected\" (it does that when you briefly press the power button), and the PC says the sound is directed to the headset.Pros:Some of my fears before buying the device were dismissed though. I feared that when inserting the microphone into the headset (to mute it), the mechanical movement (sliding in) would create mechanical movement noise. I did ask my colleagues, and they confirmed that there is no noise from mechanical movement.
- I love this headset absolutely love it. The noise cancelling is top notch everyone says I sound crystal clear and they can\'t hear anything in the back ground. This plug and play nothing to install which was great. I use it directly to my PC or directly into my cell phone. The cord is a very nice length so if you like to stand and talk no worries. I make over a hundred calls per day use it for zoom meetings no issue it\'s the perfect office headset.
- Good quality, comfortable fit, love the telescoping microphone! The only improvement I would make would be move range on the Bluetooth, it starts breaking up quickly. My previous Jabra had double the range.
