- Older iphone battery keeps on dying, so glad to have a battery with me everywhere I go! usb-c is nice bonus too for headphones. Looking forward to all the conversations I\'ll be able to start with my unique wallet!
- This was one of those products I did not have on my radar until I saw it, then I was just certain I had to review it.So a few stand out features are the interchangeability of the charging ports. I cant say how sad I was that it looked at first glance to be made for iphone and just had adaptors for everything else. To my surprise though it uses a clever magnet system that you can swap out lightning for usbc without adding bulk to the package. My unit came pre-charged and I gave it a whirl and it provided a standard charge to my Samsung device. No fast charging here but I think that is ok for the target market. Now on to the negatives. First is the whole package is quite heavy and not in a good way. I would be hesitant to make this my daily driver as it adds quite a bit of weight. The next negative is that the metal clip is quite sharp on the edges. This is a no go for me as I wear slacks on the daily and this I fear would rip the fragile fabric.I think this could be improved by replacing the metal clip with a carbon fiber one that would reduce the weight and allow for much smoother edges. As a little battery pack I love it. It is small packs a good about of juice and the magnetic adaptors are a really cool idea. In my mind the concept is sound but needs a revision two for it to really shine.
- I travel a lot and like to carry a portable charger just in case. When I shaw this credit card size charger/wallet, I was intrigued! The bottom line is that I\'ll be carrying this small, lightweight charger on my future trips. Read further for the why --This charger is a cool idea and mostly executes. The metal body is credit card size (the clip will hold credit cards if that is your desire). and the charging cord wraps around the top. There is a jump drive size holder that carries 3 charging heads (2 lightining, 1 micro usb, 1 usb C). These heads are magnetic as is the head on the charging cord attached to the charger. The magnets are very strong! Note that depending upon your case, you may not be able to insert the charging head into your phone without removing the case (this is similar to other portable chargers). I\'m able to leave the charging head in my phone but my spouse cannot (we have different types of cases). The package also comes wiht a longer cord that can be used as a fixed charger (you\'ll need a USB wall adapter). The portable portion of the charger is not a quick charge (portables aren\'t and the charing time on this one is about equivalent to my other portable chargers). It is an emergency need charger and works well for that purpose. The fixed charger cord (with the USB plug) is a faster charger and can work well for your daily charges.
- I like that it provides a slim charging solution with something most guys are probably already carrying these days. A bill fold and card holder. I tested the charge time and it was pretty good. I tested how much charge it gives on one charge cycle and the 2900 mAh charged my Samsung fold 3 from 23% to 70% and the battery was empty. Makes sense considering the fold 3 carries a 4400 mAh battery and most modern phones are getting up there in size, so truly a back up emergency device. Given the ubiquitousness of charge stations in airports, access to laptops, etc, this should be fairly good enough. The inclusion of a mag lock charge cable is kind of a nice touch. Do not use this product in a sleeping space however. The built in led on both the charge unit and cable will likely bother you given it\'s bright and blue. It has enough space to hold 6 cards in the card space. It is not spring loaded, but it does have a notch to slide out the stack of cards fairly easily. Overall, I like this since when I go on trips, I take a backup charging source and this makes it a little less cluttered although you still need to bring a cable to charge, they\'re pretty ubiquitous. For a day trip you can leave the cable behind thanks to the integrated short charge cable permanently affixed to the device. Overall I like this and if looking for a slim and inconspicuous charging solution for a phone recommend this.
- Okay this is a very cool idea but the execution could use some work. The size is perfect I can put my credit cards in it and it doesn\'t take up much room. I do not like the magnetic clip. With my phone in its case I cannot get the metal clip out of the charging port. So if I use it I have to take my case off. I understand the desire to have different connection options but I feel it could have been done without a magnetic clip. If you don\'t mind the magnetic clip then this is a great thing to have. I\'ve replaced my old money clip with this one lunch and and now. If I? Have. An emergency need for a charger of my phone I have one without any extra clutter. Well other than the magnetic clip thing that I have to keep in my purse which is very small but half an achievement in my purse means it\'s probably. Going to get lost and then it will be unuseable. It seems it could have been made wireless and have no need for the magnetic clip at all.If you don\'t mind having to carry around a little clip. Then this appears to be a very nice product
