• I like this sound speaker, it looks nice and solid, heavy
• I live in an Amazon Prime and iPhone household so was looking for a smart speaker which could move beyond spotty Bluetooth and allow me connect by Airplay and use Alexa voice control to play music. Currently the options satisfying both requirements include this speaker along with multiple offerings from Sonos and Bose. Out of that bunch I chose the Zeppelin based on aesthetics, brand preference, and generally positive reviews. I would be happy with my choice if it were not for one key issue. Alexa will not play music I have purchased digitally from Amazon even if it is also available to stream free via Prime. Sadly when I had posted a question about this up above B&W’s suggestion was that at the current time my best bet was to connect via Bluetooth from another Echo device. I decided to return the Zeppelin for the time being as there are a plethora of other airplay speakers that I can connect an echo dot if I decide to go the Bluetooth route. Until B&W fixes the issue, it may be worth exploring Bose and Sonos options if you just have Alexa built in. We also have a Bose Portable Home Speaker which doesn’t have any problem playing Amazon purchased music by Alexa command.
• Good quality sound. Worth your money. Of the minuses, he died after 2 months of use. One fine morning, the speakers stopped playing any sound. Tried resetting, reconnecting. The result is always the same, there is a connection, there is no sound. If you plan to take the product, be prepared that in 2 months you will have to buy a new one. Amazon support will send you to the manufacturer, leaving you alone with your problems. I give this rating because of the quality of the components. I suspect that the power supply on the device board has died.
• I love this speaker, it sounds phenomenal. Gets crazy loud and has bass that can shake walls. My one complaint is that the wifi connection with this is slow and unreliable when streaming to it through airplay. Wish it had an ethernet port to get a good connection. I wasn’t going to use this as an $800 Bluetooth speaker so I returned it. If you can find one around $500 to $650, I’d recommend it, otherwise it’s not worth $800 knowing it’s going to be obsolete in the not so distant future.
• La Calidad del sonido es brutal! yo tuve la versión inicial (la que tenía el Dock al iPhone con el conector viejo), pero esta versión es SUPERIOR, parte de lo que me daba pereza de los otros tipos de parlantes, con los cables y el tiempo en la instalación, con esta corneta nada que ver, hasta ahora he usado el TuneIn Radio que lo puedes reproducir desde el mismo, y suena bien y sin problemas, el programa que se descarga en el iPhone tiene sus detallitos, pero nada del otro mundo, pero lo importante, es que no se cae la transmisión y usándolo desde el iPhone por Bluetooth, funciona sin problemas.Lo recomiendo A+++
• The media could not be loaded.  As with all B&W product the sound is absolutely amazing . I wish they would have added an input / output so it could have been connected to another source instead of just streaming music but overall very happy with it . I’m an owner of 803 Diamond series so the unreal sound of this little speaker was very surprising to me . Well done B&W . All class .
• Not too impressed by the sound quality as I have many other good speakers, but overall a good one.The airplay connection was good and it wakes up easily whenever you airplay.Good looking, like an art in the room
• My first detailed review was rejected. No idea why because it was positive about sound quality and set up. Unit died within a week and I returned, so that is a big negative. Not good quality for the price! Followed all the B&W support guidelines on web and telephone. Returned since it would appear amplifier died. Surprised Amazon rejected my first review but suppose they are in the business of encouraging sales despite quality and honest reviews. No doubt this review will be rejected for same reason because I am giving facts, not woke or politically correct opinions. So what? I just won’t waste my time writing reviews. Good for you Amazon— obviously you don’t trust your long-term customers.
