• So I had to return these headphones as I believe the case was defective. They wouldn\'t disconnect from the phone when properly put in the case and closed. I noticed this after I had put them in the case and answered a call and the audio was still going to the headphones ,...IN THE CASE.....Even though I had to return them, I would not discourage anyone from purchasing renewed items from Amazon. I have ordered renewed electronics before and they still work like new. This one particular time I had a problem, but it was taken care of from Amazon and the seller right away.
• I have had power beats in the past and absolutely love them. However I just got this pair and they keep dropping/turning off during use. I\'ll be on a call and boom beats drop and I have to scramble to re-connect. Just a bit disappointing. #firstworldproblems I know but arg.
• I love the sound and range of these headphones. They are totally perfect for every kind of work out, cardio, biking, weight lifting, anything! They hug to your head perfectly unlike the competitors brands which are always falling off. This could not be a better product!
• These worked flawlessly for about 2 months. Around the 60 day mark the right earbud stopped playing music. I thought that it wasn’t syncing with the other earbud or phone at first. I would put them back in the case and a few minutes later try again and it would be working. The issue resolved itself after a week or so of having to repeat this process. It’s been 3 months now and the issues include phone calls dropping back to the iPhone itself, recipient of the phone call not being able to hear me on the other end, little to no noise cancellation, the right earbud will not charge 90% of the time, and when it does connect there is a popping sound like a blown speaker. If you’re looking to purchase a pair of headphones for $250.00 that you can only use for 2-3 months these are the perfect item for you. I on the other hand, was replacing a Plantronics wireless headset which I have been using without issue since Christmas 2018. I expected similar dependability out of these earbuds considering they are produced by apple and are 3x the price of my Plantronics. I have reverted back to using my old head set and am very disappointed in not only Apple’s quality assurance, but also that of Amazon for not supporting their product for the life of the manufacturers warranty.
• Great! I bought them refurbished and they came looking and working brand new until after 6 months when the first one would NOT connect to my phone and about 2 weeks later the second one would NOT charge...
