- The model number on the box says JYX-S55, which differs slightly from the heading in the ad. I almost never review items unless I\'m really impressed or really unimpressed with them. I\'m impressed with this device after a few hours of usage and I look forward to enjoying it. I think you will enjoy it too with proper expectations. I bought this with my own money. Discussing the features of a product such as this is highly subjective and each person may feel different, especially in terms of sound quality. The points below are in no particular order.* The unit makes some tones when you turn it on and when it connects to bluetooth and possibly other times. Turn the main volume down before turning the unit on or connecting bluetooth or those tones can be pretty loud.* Sound quality. Bear in mind that this is a small battery powered speaker with a 5.25\" main speaker and a 2\" tweeter. You\'re not going to get wall shaking sound. But, in my opinion, it delivers very good sound. Highs are clear and mid range and bass are good. The bass isn\'t going to make your hair fly back 3 feet away, but you can definitely hear it. The control knobs do affect the sound. If you want moderately loud music and you like bass, I recommend 3/4 volume on the main knob and controlling the volume from your sound source, bass on full, and treble on 1/2. If the treble gets a bit shrill, you can back off on that and point the control at say the LED power switch or less. I sent a number songs from YouTube to the speaker via BlueTooth. If the source was good and clear, and not all are, then the speaker was good and clear. I tried violin / fiddle / cello music, pop rock, folk, and classical. I think the volume is good enough to fill a medium size room if there\'s not too much background noise.* The unit has LED lights which I like unless I\'m staring at them too long. They can be turned off though. They exhibit one of several random patterns when there\'s no music or music (from the speaker) is low volume. When the volume from the speaker gets to a medium volume, the lights beat to the music. If you are playing very soft music, you\'ll only get the random patterns. I think the lights are a nice feature.* The unit comes with two UHF two wireless mics that display a channel number (matched) and frequency when turned on (slightly different). The top of the mic grill unscrews but I don\'t know why. The bottom of the mic case unscrews to insert 2 AA batteries (not included). I\'m using rechargeable NiMH batteries. These are less prone to corrode. They do work, but I don\'t know how long they\'ll work. One reviewer reported a bit of hiss in the mic channel. This unit isn\'t intended for professional use. But for amateur use, it\'s fine. There is a 1/8\" (3.55 mm) mic jack labeled as a condenser mic jack in the manual. There is a 1/4\" (6.35 mm) mic jack labeled as a dynamic mic jack in the manual. I don\'t know for sure what would happen if you plug a dynamic mic into the 1/8\" jack. The mic circuit has a separate volume control. One mic\'s case is color coded gray and the other is color coded blue. It\'s probably best not to mix up the colors (they are on the battery cover). I don\'t know if other 3rd party mics can be used or if you can add more than 2 mics. The colors may mean something in the industry that I\'m not aware of.* The unit charges with a USB-A to USB-C cable or a USB-C AC adapter. While charging, there is a red LED that lights up next to the power plug. The LED turns blue and may go off once the unit is charged. Charging takes several hours. I was able to charge it from a small USB battery bank, although the battery bank was completely drained. I\'m not sure if the LED went off because it turned off or because the battery bank went off. I did a battery life test with music playing moderately loud and the lights on. I got at least 3 hours out of it. It may go longer than that but I\'m not sure. You could probably feed it power from a battery bank while it\'s running or an USB-C AC adapter. No adapter is included.* The unit is a nice portable size. It has a handle on one side and a shoulder strap you can add to rings on each side. If you want to pick the unit up in upright position, you either have to do so with both hands or pick it up by the strap. The strap is OK, but the hooks don\'t have swivels.* It comes with a USB-A to USB-C power cable and a stereo AUX cable. Both are pretty short and you may wish to provide cables of your own.* It comes with a remote which can control several functions. I haven\'t tried it. I\'m assuming it works. On my particular unit, the latch that holds the battery cover on is very weak. I don\'t know if they\'re all like that. The remote takes 2 AAA batteries (not included). If I were going to use the remote, I\'d put NiMH batteries in there too.* Supposedly, you can link two of the same model speaker together wirelessly for dual sound. I don\'t know for sure if that\'s stereo. I only have one speaker so I haven\'t tried that.* The unit has hard plastic feet on the bottom when it\'s upright. It does not have any feet on the side in case you want it in landscape mode. I got some soft rubber pads from the home improvement store that are about 1\" in diameter and about 1/8\" thick. I cut them to size and added them on top of the existing feet on the bottom. I also added some on the side opposite the handle.* The unit has an FM radio that might be useful to some. I\'m far away from most stations so it didn\'t do much for me. The manual hardly describes any operation of that at all. There is a short telescoping antenna that can extend from the top. If you press and hold the play button, it will scan the FM dial and find as many stations as it can. It stores these in numbered presets. The number of presets vary depending on how many stations are found. They may also change from scan to scan. Once that\'s done, you can enter a preset number or enter a frequency number or click from preset to preset with the previous and next buttons. In my case, many of the stations were weak and had lots of static. If you\'re closer to the stations, it might work better. You may wish to make note of the preset numbers that have good stations.* The unit can play music from a micro SD card or a USB memory stick. I haven\'t tried it.* It supposedly can also record. I haven\'t tried that.* The unit has a slot at the top for a phone or tablet. It\'s only physical, and doesn\'t connect to power. My cell phone with a very thin case on it fits. My tablet with a thicker fold over case does not fit. The phone leans forward a bit when it\'s there. This probably varies by phone.* The manual is pretty lame. It has different language sections and the English in that section is not too bad. I do recommend reading it. But, it doesn\'t cover the radio very much at all and doesn\'t cover the charging procedure. You can figure those things out by experimentation.* I plan to use it to play an electric violin through. Although I haven\'t done this yet, I don\'t expect a problem using the AUX input. I\'ve piped violin and fiddle and cello music through it via BlueTooth and it sounded fine. If you want to play an instrument and sing along, that should work. If you want to play another source, like YouTube and sing along, that should work. But, if you want to play an instrument, AND a backing track, AND sing along; that won\'t work. You\'d need a micro mixer to feed your instrument and the backing track into the AUX port. EDIT: In playing my violin through the AUX port, the max volume is a little low without a preamp. Every instrument may be different. I had some success in playing the violin through the MIC port, in which case I can get it louder. There is some hiss in the MIC circuit as mentioned before. It might be possible to sing and play with the wireless mic\'s and MIC port although the mics may be too loud. It might also be possible to send backing music in through the AUX port. The mic circuit is always active as far as I can tell although you can turn down the volume of it separately. You can have one other active source besides the mic circuit, either micro SD, USB, FM radio or AUX.* The manual claims the unit can remove the voice from existing songs. I haven\'t tried that.* The unit comes with a card that asks if you\'re happy and suggests doing a review. It also says to contact them if you\'re not happy and even provides a phone number to call. They tell what time to call, but don\'t state their time zone. They also have a QR code for an overview video. This is a nice touch. I have not had occasion to try the customer service.Hopefully, that will help you to understand this product. Overall, I really like it for its intended purpose. I don\'t need to fill a large venue with sound or have wall rattling deafening sound. I just need to play my instrument or other music in a medium sized room with decent sound quality. This should do that fine. I haven\'t used this specifically for karaoke, but that should work too.Ron
- I was shopping for an all-around good bluetooth party speaker that was easily mobile, had good sound quality, came with TWO microphones, and which could double as a PA system for meetings. That was a tall order that I didn\'t think I\'d manage to find. But - I DID! I found the JAUYXIAN Bluetooth Speaker with Two Wireless Microphones. I am very pleased with the sound quality and multi-purpose uses of this speaker! So far I have used this speaker for an outdoor picnic, an accompaniment to noisy outdoor yard work, a karaoke night in my home, and as a PA speaker for a work training. The sound quality of the speaker (treble and bass) is solid. The sound quality of the microphones was surprisingly IMPRESSIVE and sounded like I spent far more on the unit than I did. The volume level is not going to blow anyone away or rattle any walls (though I would point out that effective placement of the speaker certainly aids in projecting volume). However, it is perfect for home, yard, and meeting hall usage. I was able to establish a bluetooth connection with the speaker via my phone and iPad with absolute ease. There are too many great features of this speaker to go into here. Let\'s just say that I\'m so happy with it, I\'m considering buying another one to link with my current speaker wirelessly to increase the sound and usage even MORE. I\'m super happy with this purchase!

- So far this is a great speaker, and the microphones are nice. Has the volume I want and was really happy to see you can pair multiple speakers. There is only a charging cord and no brick to charge with.
- Speaker is excellent.. mics didn\'t last long but was able to purchase at mis with a cord that works perfect with it.
- Perfect little product for small parties or just a weekend get together. Been using it for a while and it’s fun. Sometimes I use it for family get together or just by myself while have a couple of drinks in the garage to unwind after a hard day of work.
- I was looking for an PA system that would fit my needs since I give trainings to large group of people (50+). We always have it in the school cafeteria and my voice just can’t make it to the back of the room without suffering with a sore throat the next day. I finally decided on this baby and am I glad I did. It’s well made, has lots of features, comes with 2 mics and a remote. It was working right out of the box and easy to set up and use. I could walk quite a distance from the machine and my voice was crystal clear and no interference. I can see myself using this besides the presentations that is why I bought it in the first place. Perfect for pool parties, karaoke and kids sleep over for a fun time. If you are at all hesitant don’t be, it is well worth the price and the product is a solid piece of equipment. I am totally satisfied with everything about this purchase. It certainly exceeded my expectations. Can’t wait to use it at the next meeting. Fast shipping too.
- This is a great Bluetooth speaker for the price! Can be heard clearly in a large room. I hooked up my phone with no problem! The kids love to use it as a karaoke speaker.
