  • Really need 2 units to be satisfied not much sound traveling in work settings . Battery life could be better overall 4.5 stars
  • I work in a 20k sqft auto shop and I\'ve yet to have to go beyond 25% volume just to fill my workspace with sound. 5\" woofer is great
  • We use this in our backyard. Sound quality is good, and battery life is great. I was just hoping it would be a bit louder. If you like to blast it loud it might not be for you. We kept it because we rarely turn it up all the way. So very happy with it but it gets four stars for the loudness capability.
  • Like many others, I perused many portable Bluetooth speakers to find a balance between price and quality. I think the Monster Rocker 270 is a great compromise. I only use the Rocker 270 outdoors and I\'ve yet to turn it all the way up. It was easy to set up right out of the box and now when I power on the device, it pairs to my media tablet automatically and I\'m playing music in less that a minute. Keep in mind that your play device also has an audio level, so make sure that is turned up as well. The Rocker 270 is light-weight and full of features. I\'ve had it outside for 10 plus hours playing loud and non-stop and have yet to get any sort of low battery indication. At this point, the Monster Rocker 270 has delivered on all promises and, in my opinion, well worth the price tag.
  • Great radio, with great sound. I have used this poolside and fireside for hours of music. The multi-directional speakers provide great coverage all around and this speaker BUMPS. I will note however that it is not something you can leave in direct sunlight. The paneling around the speaker controls has started to separate from the top of the speaker. Does this affect the ability to change settings/volume? No. Is it a nuisance considering I just started using the speaker? Yup. There does appear to be screws holding the paneling on, so it wont fall off completely, but the plastic panel has now warped.
  • I bought with high expectations and was disappointed. Didn’t go very loud .
  • I work in a factory with a lot of loud noises, and we have the option to bring our own Bluetooth speakers. I found this one and thought by reading the reviews it would be a powerhouse of volume.I was beyond disappointed to see that it wasnt even loud enough to hear whereas everyone else\'s Walmart speakers were twice as loud for half the price. Everyone told me the sound quality was great, but I wasn\'t sure if that was just there way of expressing their apologies for me spending this much on a speaker that didnt even accomplish what I bought it for.In the end I myself spent half the money on the same Walmart speaker which is barely bigger than this one, and haven\'t had an issue with it so far without noticing a difference in sound quality.
