- I’ve worn these before, and liked them, so I bought another pair
- I received an open item, and not new at all. No seals, no plastic cover on the charger, manual unfolded without a plastic bag, and for matters worse, they don\'t work. The red light on the charger blinks (red flag) and the light on the earbuds are flickering (red flag). After charging the earbuds for over three hours, the never connected to my phone. Worst seller ever!!
- They would not hook up to any phone. Bluetooth would never connect wouldn’t stay charged not good at all.
- Worst customer service after the sale from Sony. No more Sony anything in this house.
