Logitech Zone Wireless Certified for Microsoft Teams Bluetooth Headset
- Seemlessly switches betwen Teams and music. Very comfortable. Sound quality is excellent.
- Lots to love about this headset. The qi charging feature is surprisingly handy — especially if like me you have a wireless charger built into your desk (Costco standing desk). Lifting the headset from the wireless charger turns it on and it quickly connects. The bi-directional mic boom is nice as well. The mic sounds good and the sound quality is good as well.I knocked it a star because of the on ear design. I generally am not against on ear, however for long wear periods I find it quite a bit more uncomfortable. This is coming from a pilot who wears aviation headsets for many hours at a time.Similarly, the ANC feature tends to be kind of useless when the cup doesn’t block any sound on its own (as is the case with on ear designs). I can hardly tell the difference between ANC on or ANC off, as opposed to earbuds or over ears where difference is night and day.So, final remarks — for taking the occasional meeting, these are great. If your job requires extended wear or noisy areas however, I’d suggest another pair.
- These are perfect for virtual meetings no longer than 1-2 hours. I really like the mute off/on feature using the microphone boom with a pleasant voice to inform you of your mute status. Buttons are conveniently located for toggling power, active noise cancelling, and volume. There is a button for answering a phone call but I do not use this feature so cannot comment. I just received them yesterday so, in fairness, have minimal experience with them but in the 1 to 2 hours I spend with them, I noticed my ears seemed a little warm which causes concern as to whether these could be worn, comfortable, for a 6-8 hour work day. Other than the longer usage comfort concern I think this is a fantastic headset and was really impressed with the audio quality. This headset is great for every day usage for virtual meetings and has a sturdy feel so I am hoping it will stand the test of time.
- Compared to other headphones, this one is pretty comfortable. I can\'t wear them for a full 8hr workday straight, but I can for about 3-4 hours before my ears ache. It connects easily and switches seamlessly between the computer and my mobile phone. I listen to music via android apps nearly every day all day. When a Teams call comes in or meeting starts and I answer/join, my music automatically pauses and the sound switches over to the computer connection. If a personal phone call comes in or I attempt to play something on my phone, it remains silent and doesn\'t interrupt my work connection. If not streaming sound (actively used) the headset turns off to save battery; to-date I have yet to run out of charge even though my days tend to run longer than 8 hours. I have noticed the background noise suppression has significantly dropped which is unfortunate since I work from home with dogs and a spouse who is on their own very loud conference calls...but that\'s the new world we work in and I wouldn\'t trade because the other features are fabulous. Oh, the ability to charge on the charging pad is a plus too. When my ears need a break, I set the headset down on the pad and they \"top off\" quickly for the next use.
- I love this headset a lot, very comfortable and great sound quality, but the microphone boom stopped working consistently (presumably due to some kind of wiring short) after 18 months. I didn\'t purchase the extended warranty so now the headset is essentially useless except for listening.
- Before starting this review: I love Logitech stuff, I owned over the past years several webcams, keyboards and mice. It\'s my go-to brand for this kind of stuff and I really like everything they put their brand on.I wanted to badly to like this headset, but after trying to use it for a couple weeks, it caused too much ear fatigue. A friend of mine has one and fits him well but didn\'t work for me.Other improvement that would be nice: the microphone arm is too short, it doesn\'t pick your voice as clear as it should if it was slightly longer. This makes even the sidetone a bit strange, as it gets your voice off axis.I returned it and got the Jabra evolve2 65. It has similar features and was much more comfortable for me.
- I use these at my clinic/hospital and in my home office to help me reduce distracting noises and produce notes more efficiently ( I have ADHD-predominantly inattentive type). Love them! Great sound, no feedback/echo when dictating, and EXCELLENT battery life. They are a bit uncomfortable across my scalp if worn for more than two hours consecutively (a good solution might just be to take breaks?), but it hurts to the point that I get a headache sometimes. I also think that they work well at cancelling active noise (ANC) outside my HOME office (I could not hear the washing machine nor the dryer alarm one evening!), but I wish they could do a little better in assisting with muting noise within conversations happening a few feet away in a small, semi-busy hospital office.Even still, overall a great product. I\'m happy I bought these and I may invest in a pair with higher ANC capability.
