- These are decent wireless headphones for the price. I give the overall design five stars as they\'re fairly light, have good battery life, and I prefer just having a wire to a neckband so they\'re less obtrusive easier to transport. The magnetic earbuds is a nice feature as well when you\'re on the move. There are, however, a few things I think could be better. I find that over longer listening sessions the buds start to push down on my lower ear and cause some discomfort. I tries some Comply SmartCore memory foam tips that I think could help, but as of yet I can\'t get them to fit as the hole in them is smaller than the post on the headphones. Also, the functions on the remote -- although they work fine -- are not well differentiated so it\'s very difficult to identify the function I\'m trying to use without looking. Last, I\'m an audiophile so sound quality is probably more important to me than most, and I find these \'phones to stray pretty far from neutral. After trying them with several different recordings of various quality, I found their native sound to be a bit boosted in the bass and rolled off in the treble while the mids are relatively ok. For music I bought I can use the multi-band equalizer with the Evermusic Pro app to get these to sound decent, but that\'s not possible (at least at this point) on my iPhone or iPad for music I didn\'t actually buy (i.e. Amazon Prime music). And none of the preset EQ options offered by Apple on their devices have the right balance to make these headphones sound good, at least to me. For people who are just looking for background music as they work out or whatever and who are not too concerned about sound quality these may actually work fine, but for anything more than that they\'re a bit too compromised for me sonically. That said, for the convenience of wireless in a convenient and compact package I\'m going to keep these around. So for the combination of some good design features at a competitive price for a wireless headphone with some performance and ergonomic compromises, four stars.
- My initial impression of this product was positive. I like the simple, clean look of the headphones. The construction is solid, lightweight, and the Ipx5 rating is great. I also thought that the magnet to connect both ear pieces was a nice touch. The ear pieces aren\'t super comfortable, but they aren\'t the worse I\'ve experienced. I definitely recommend trying the different sizes that come with the headphones to find the best fit for your ears. The ear pieces generally stay in my ears, even while I go bouldering and my head is at odd angles. I do recommend having a clip or something to hold the cord in the back, otherwise the cord will move around and sometimes an ear piece can pop out if I turn my head too hard. Other than losing an ear piece sometimes, I think this product\'s hardware is great. I purchased these headphones in July and they are still going strong. The sound quality on these headphones, is decent, but not 5 stars. There\'s not as much bass as I expected reading some other reviews and, while they get loud, they\'re not super loud. Nonetheless, they get loud enough and sound good in the gym. As for call quality, it\'s good. I can hear people clearly and they can hear me. The range for the headphones is pretty good, at least I have no issues if I leave my cell phone in another room. The battery life on these headphones is amazing. They last much longer than my previous bluetooth headphones, which in practice means if I forget to charge them one day I can still use them the next day and not have to worry about them dying.That\'s it for the good. Now a series of flaws that I think tarnish an otherwise good product.First, I HATE the low battery sound. I would rather have no warning that my headphones were about to die than the HORRIBLE buzzing sound. The first time I heard it, I nearly jumped! Seriously, I cannot stress enough how loud and jarring the buzzing sounds. This was a terrible design choice and majorly detracts from the quality of these headphones.Second, I don\'t like the brightness of the indicator light. It\'s so bright I can\'t use these headphones at night while my partner is sleeping. I don\'t understand why it has to be so bright, I feel like this was another poor design choice.Third, if I forgot to turn my headphones off, they stay on forever. I have gone to bed to wake up the next day to find that they are still running. Other bluetooth headphones I have owned in the past would shut off automatically after no audio was played for 30 minutes or so. I am disappointed that these headphones don\'t do the same thing.Fourth, I have to be careful about not losing the silicon tips on the ear pieces. The silicon tips are not secure and come off easily, especially if I stuff these headphones in my pocket. I\'ve never had this problem with other bluetooth earbuds I\'ve owned.Overall, I would not recommend this product. While I think the hardware is great, the sound quality is good, and the battery life is fantastic, the flaws I described above really detract from this product. This is especially true for the low battery buzzer sound. I would carefully consider your needs and the competition before buying these headphones.
- First off, the good: the battery life is excellent. Granted, it is still pretty new, but the battery keeps chugging along, allowing me to listen to music and podcasts a few days before I need to charge. Also the sound quality is fantastic! Podcasts and a variety of music all sound fantastic. The bad: the bluetooth connection can stutter pretty often, which is pretty frustrating, as you can imagine. If I have my phone (iPhone XR) in my left pocket it can be really bad, the right side pocket (more in line with the headphone?) works much better. It also seems to be worse if I simply put my hood up or lift my arm close to my head.Sitting at a desk with my phone on the desk the connection is perfect, but for running/biking around the connection can be so so- pretty bummed about that. The connection jumps right back, I just have to be more aware of where I place my phone on my body- I would think that, for the price, this shouldn\'t be an issue.A few things I would change- too many headphone earbuds! Really, too many. You will find your fit but there\'s a lot. I would also like to play it lower at times. In a quiet space it is still a touch too loud than I would like (first headphones where I have encountered this issue). Also, when you turn on/off the voice isn\'t synced with the volume. Since I play my headphones at a low volume, as I power these off I have to prepare for the loud voice saying they\'re powering off, or take them out.If the bluetooth connection was better these would easily be 5 stars. Not sure if mine are defective. 5 stars for use in an office/desk, 3 stars for use when you are moving and have your phone in a pocket.
