- I bought this gimbal for a recent trip and so far I\'m pretty happy with it. I have an assortment of action cameras (GoPro, Insta360, DJI, Generic, etc) and this Gimbal works with every one of my devices. It has great build quality - plastic and metal mixed and It\'s small enough to be portable and easy to transport, and durable enough to handle every situation you need it for.The battery life of the gimbal is amazing and outlives the battery life of my action cameras - in fact, I was able to connect multiple cameras to it for filming without needing to stop and recharge the gimbal.The 3-axle stabilization works great and allows for great smooth shots and the buttons are placed perfectly (at least for my hands) making it easy to control the camera and adjust for any shots. Because it is also so lightweight, it meant that my arms didn\'t get tired as fast using it.From a pricing standpoint, it\'s not the cheapest, but it is still affordable enough, and you really do get what you pay for. It\'s feature-rich, extremely useful, and probably one of the better Gimbals I have bought. I did read that there were some charging issues, but so far I haven\'t experienced any of those issues.Highly recommended
- I bought this gimble for motoric sports. Capturing videos from the sidelines.It does almost everything great:- Easy to operate- Stable videos- The joystick will fix whatever weird angle you got to capture- High quality materials and feels solid in the handThe only issue I found with it is that trying to follow fast moving objects (like cars in motoric sports) is very difficult. Moving the gimble to follow the car\'s movement will result with the gimble flipping on it\'s own so the camera faces the sky or the cameraman, it basically trying to keep up with your hand\'s movement but can\'t for some reason. I used Mode 2 for that one. Lucky for me, the track I went to was very small and I stood where the cars have to slow down to make a sharp turn, it is possible to to follow fast moving objects, but everything faster and the gimble won\'t help.It will help you get the best money shots ever, but it won\'t help you when it involves fast movements.
- We bought this item about 7 weeks ago. And here is why you should stay away from INKEE:1) Product QualityAfter 1.5 weeks of owning this gimbal, we noticed that it did not charge anymore. The battery was only at 17% max after 20 hours of charge time. We went to the specialty repair store, they tried to charge it but did not work either. We have been told that the battery is defective and we should contact INKEE for replacement.2) Quality of INKEE Customer CareAs advised, we contacted the customer care. We described the problem we face that the gimbal is not charging and added pictures. After a couple of days we have been contacted by email to send more pics and do videos showing the issue. We did so. Then, we got further emails asking us for more pics, vids, and infos. We did so. After about 2 weeks, we finally got an email from INKEE. They said:\"You should charge the gimbal.\" .... Really ??? Then, we got no more support. They just denied to replace their item.3) Amazon Customer SupportBecause INKEE denied to replace the gimbal, we contacted Amazon.com. We described the problem and told them we are in vacation in the middle east for a long period of time. The representative told us to send the defective gimbal back with UPS, only then they could refund us. They also send us the return label.We went to the local UPS Customer Center. They explained that the label is only valid for returns without extra costs in the US and that it will cost us about USD 170 to send it back to Amazon.com.We contacted the Customer Care of Amazon.com and told them that the cost for returning the bimbal is higher than the worth of the gimbal (USD 119). The representative told us to send it back anyway, only then she could refund the gimbal and that they will also pay the additional shipping costs.We did as asked for. Now, Amazon.com has received the defective gimbal, refunded us the amount of the gimbal but refuses to refund the extra costs of USD 170 for shipping. Keep in mind, it was Amazon.com which told us to send it back anyways although the shipping costs are much higher than the worth of the gimbal.Our advice is: Just keep away from INKEE and look for alternative platforms than Amazon.
