- First, these arrive nicely packaged, and I like how easily theses ear buds connect. Unfortunately, although I was able to pair these with my older Motorola phone, the connection kept getting dropped. The phone is old, so fair enough I guess. But what was frustrating was the lack of troubleshooting guidance in the user manual (none that I could find) and on the Motorola website (very generic). It took searching the web at large to finally access enough information to understand/determine the issue. Bottom line: Research your device\'s compatibility before purchasing.So then I paired them with my much newer tablet, and they work fine (no dropped connection). They charge quickly, the battery life is good, and they\'re fairly touch responsive. The charging case offers solid protection for them.My main issue with them now is that the sound is very tinny. There\'s hardly any bass. I didn\'t expect them to sound like my sound bar with a subwoofer, but I did expect more range than this, especially at this price point.
