Does not charge, so I cannot tell what the sound is like. The booklet says there is a B&O app but the app does not have an option to pair this iteration of headphone. Tried to send a question on the B&O site, and the site keeps popping up a help menu that erases the question page. Then I registered my product on the webpage, and the email link takes me to my \"profile\" page--it has my name and email, but you can\'t go anywhere from it, which is odd, unhelpful and not user-friendly. I have not had such problems with a tech product in my life. My Bose sound sport set up in 5 minutes, no sweat. This is unbelievably dysfunctional, and a waste of my time.Update—the help desk did reach out to me and advised me to delete and reload the Bluetooth and that helped. After waiting overnight, the earbuds did charge. Still, the user experience was subpar and I still cannot find and earpieces that keep them in my ears without constant repositioning, even when I’m just sitting at my desk. Sound is ok if you get it sitting in the ear canal correctly (and it will stay put.) The control on the cord is confusing and since I don’t have the APP to use (not compatible with my model) it is awkward to adjust, and I have to reopen and re select every time I use on my computer, it’s not automatic.
Sound and design was very good but products www so heavy to stay in my ears. They keep falling from my ears. So I had to returned it.
Good sound easy set up - I and friend I bought these for have a problem keeping them in ear when running - hence 3 stars
I had to return due to battery issues but the few minutes they played they were unbelievable Earbuds for crisp clear sound I’ve only heard from top tier Bose headphones. Every little sound was so unbelievably clear it’s hard to describe. I bought these used due to the price and was hoping for a great deal and truly disappointed when they went dead after a few minutes and if I could afford these B&O earbuds new I would absolutely buy these and possibly YouTube review due to the Insane quality of such a tiny speaker. My Cover is off to B&O for making such a fine product other than the battery.
Doesn\'t sync, doesn\'t work, doesn\'t charge, doesn\'t make sense
Easier to use than initially thought having read the reviews...b&o always meets the above a certain expectation. A bit of inconvenience to charge frequent as the battery runs quite fast but it\'s a trade off for being wire free, so go for it if you don\'t mind shifting to it.
2** because it works with my daughter\'s iPhone. 0* because it doesn\'t work with my Samsung Galaxy Note7 (recall returned) or a replaced Note5. Can see the H5 but fails to make a connection. Tried every which way but still didn\'t work. Contacted B&O but they shined me on saying essentially you are SOL. It is so light, I can\'t even use it as a boat anchor.
I love these earbuds. The sound quality and I love how you can change the sound with the app. My only issue with these earbuds is the actual earpieces. They don\'t fit very well (any size) and fall out easily.
