Office Communicator and the new Lync Server/Client software work very well with headset providing outstanding call control and clarity. People on my calls say my voice sounds excellent with very good clarity and no echo, no background noise. For the money Plantronics has these phones at, they are a very good deal indeed. Very happy with them.
