  • I really loved this product. I could hear so clearly. However, I often sounded under water to other users. Tight fit so had to be careful taking on and off. I accidentally left my purse on top of it and it stretch out the neck band, separating it at one of its connection junctions. I was able to keep it working for almost a year like that. But once it got too stretched out, it just stopped functioning. I contemplated replacing it with another one but could not bring myself to spend the money for a product that may break again so soon and chance sounding underwater to my callers. I looked at other LG products and the newer ones seem to rate worse. I owned this product for almost a year and a half of heavy use. I got a different and cheaper replacement and I definitely miss this one more. I just couldn\'t justify the cost.
  • I purchased this after losing my last LG Tone Platinum expecting the same quality.1. The sound volume on this one is much lower making hearing difficult at times.2. It is not currently working properly with Google Assistant which means I can\'t use it completely hands free. My previous one linked to Siri and I was able to completely use it without touching the phone. I have the app but it isn\'t linking properly and won\'t link to Siri.3. The battery life is good, but still not as long as the previous Platinum Tone.4. To retract the earbud you pull down on them, rather than push a button which concerns me from a longevity of function.5. I was disappointed that none of these things were identified in the description.
  • First please note I am not an audiophile. I use this headset for hands free phone calls for work. I\'ve owned several previous older versions of the LG around the neck wireless retractable headsets and they were all great. This one is very disappointing. I do like the some of the features, and I think it looks much nicer than the previous versions because it has a lower profile. I bought one and returned it because I thought I got a defective unit. The first one I bought had static and people could not hear me. I returned and bought a new one and it takes 30 seconds or so for the sound to come in after turning it on and there\'s a delay changing the volume. It\'s just not reliable enough for work.UPDATE: SECOND REPLACEMENT IS JUST AS UNRELIABLE AS FIRST. The worst. LG ruined a great product. My hbs-900 and hbs-900 were awesome. How did they ruin a great product? Damn. I loved them so. Lost.
  • I listen to audiobooks all day and the battery in this headset never lets me down. The ear buds are comfortable so that my ears never get sore, and the different size ear tips allowed me to adjust the fit to perfection. The bluetooth connection is reliable and strong. I\'ve had this set for a few months and it is the best pair of bluetooth headphones I\'ve ever owned.
  • I love the wearable nature of these. The stay in your ears better than the a AirPod Pros and Air Pods. Noise cancellation works better than the above because the shape permits them to stay in your ear due to contact with your ear in the front and back. The AirPods only contact your ear in the front so while the pros fit better than the non-pro version, the LGs fit is superior.
  • I have used these headsets for years! This most recent pair was new and \'upgraded\' ... and they are horrible. I will not be rebuying them again. No one can hear me. I can hear everyone, music, videos etc great ... but as far as having a conversation ... it is not possible! Being super busy I am sure I missed the deadline to return them ... I wish I had taken out the time !
