SONY WH-H900N h.Ear on 2 Wireless Over-Ear Noise Cancelling High Resolution Headphones (Black/Grey) (Renewed)
- Overall, I\'m impressed by these headphones, but there are a few things I wish were better.Pros:Build quality is excellent. Headphones fold up compactly and are very flexible when pulling the headphones apart to put on my head.Noise cancellation works great in office space where the AC is loudThe touch controls on the side are nice tooBluetooth connection works great and is very reliable. I\'ve only had the bluetooth fail a couple of times in areas with lots of other bluetooth devices and interference. In my house, I remain connected to my laptop even when I\'m 30-40 ft away. The design is cool. A lot of other noise cancellation headphones sometimes look weird, but these do a nice job of being stylish while also functional.Cons:The noise cancellation doesn\'t work well if there isn\'t enough ambient sound for it to cancel out. When the noise cancellation is on and there is no music playing, you can hear some slight white noise. It also doesn\'t cancel out some sounds well like lawnmowers from neighbors. The sound quality on these are great, but not excellent. I think there are better headphones out there if you\'re concerned about sound, but if you\'re buying these headphones, you\'re probably buying them for the noise cancellation. The sound is better when you turn up the volume, but I\'m not a big fan of cranking up the volume on these because they can get REALLY loud fast.I wish that the battery charged faster. The battery life on these are excellent but they take forever to charge. I believe this a problem addressed by some of Sony\'s newer headphones though.
- For the last 45 days, there have been only good things I need to say. Wow. for the money these headphones bring so much to the experience when listening to an excellent pair of headphones. I had some Skullcandy wireless and they were good but so bad when it came to functionality and fail.I\'ve already made a youtube video about my experience but it\'s time to updateThe build quality is good for the price as the headphones are super flexible and the wireless functions work like the ease that\'s in cheese, LOLThe Sound is amazing and does always has a surprise when listening to another genre of music.Noise cancellation is just perfect and I even got into an electric scooter accident - Yes, that\'s also in my youtube video. For editing video, they work great when connected to an audio interface device (3.5mm in use)Wirelessly they work with my laptop and iPhone 6s and now iPhone X from even four rooms away \"be sure to be in the same area\". Charging the headphone are times quick or long but that just depends how long are ou listening to music with the headphones. Time is a fact here and you should time your usages. In my experience, I got about 31-32 hours of playback when fully charged. There will be some discomfort around the ears if you do have this on for long periods of time. \"To make it clear, if you have the headphones over the head for more than 2-4 hours you will feel a slight discomfort just around the tip of the ear\" This is coming from an average medium-size ear type.Phone calls are clear and vocals are good on other users to end when listening to me talk. I\'m having a great experience with the Sony and please do more research when looking for a new type of headphone.
- I bought the headphones back in January and been using them a lot since then. The headset sound great and feel like premium headphones. The battery life is great and so is the bass and noise cancelation. The only issue i came across is the pads, it gets uncomfortable when used in long periods but it isn\'t bad, I just felt a slight discomfort that would go away as soon as I readjusted the headphones. The battery life in the headphones is pretty good. I only have to charge them every other day depending on my usage. The headphones have a great sound quality with a good bass and treble. I never have any skips in the audio and issues with audio levels as well. The headphones definitely have good drivers backing them up and good speakers in them as well. The microphone in them is clear and pretty sensitive but I wish it was slightly more but it isn\'t that bad. The only issue with the sound is that it makes my regular gaming headphones sound terrible in comparison. The headphones also have a solid build quality to them. It has a premium feel to them and the padding on the top of the head is pretty comfortable. There are definitely better headphones out there but for the price you can\'t beat it and for the fact it\'s been out for over a year now. The headphones do stick out a bit more than I like to fit the technology in the headphones but it doesn\'t bother me at all since it doesn\'t affect the usage and weight of the device. It\'s just doesn\'t have a sleek look to them.
- i like the looks, comfort and connectivity. the sound is pretty good but i use these in a noisy area. the noise canxelling works during music or media play but here are the negatives:these are not cooperating being just noise cancelling headphones. after a short pre-set time the headphones power off if you are not playing music/media. the advertising should be more clear that these perform noise cancelling only during playback. during music play they work pretty well so it\'s not entirely dissatisfying.next. The Headphones ONLY Charge Plugged into a PC or a Laptop. the provided USB charger cord, which everyone has a pile of, does not come with an adapter nor power source. my laptop goes to sleep and i\'m not playing a 6 hour video so the headphones can charge.....ticky-tack-tech frustrations like power(less) charger cords are so asinine given it is the Year 2000~Twenty...smhfinally, if you can get it charged fully, the charge stays pretty well and the soft female voice command in your ears speaks what you would expect of Sony quality. it isn\'t Bosereally great headphones if you\'re patient with the power source issue and aren\'t hoping for noise cancelling only mode for periods of time.thanks for reading. hope this helps your decisions
