- UPDATE Not giving up. 10/22/22 SO...this time around, JABRA customer service and warranty support (so far) have been absolutely amazing. Incredibly prompt response and immediate elevation to the proper level… using the Support link in the Jabra Sound + app. Within two days, my issues have been addressed and I was given a postage free label for return and (hopefully) repair/ replacement. I\'ve added a star. It appears the support problems I experienced are firmly in the past, and hopefully whatever possible design/technical issues I have experienced w/75\'s have been addressed. The sound is incredible on these things you guys/noise canceling is second to none and same with functionality… and that\'s why I am making the effort here. I will keep you updated. (Btw, I do also have a pair of the newer Jabra Elite 7 Pros that I have had since May, and so far they have been flawless. The 75s are slightly larger so have a bit better bass response and slightly better microphone audio so they\'re still my go to! The 7 pros (again) are slightly smaller and a little lighter and actually fit really well underneath my full face motorcycle helmet, So if you want smaller and lighter with just a slight degradation in performance, in my experience, you won\'t be disappointed with the 7 Pros. Just a slightly different mission than the 75\'s and thats why I have both). And for info I am an Apple girl through and through.....except when it comes to headsets/earbuds! Jabra still has my solid vote compared to AirPods. Hope this helps.I have had two sets of 75 Actives and this current set of 75T\'s, all in less than 2 years. Why so many sets? Because, IN ALL 3 CASES, at some point, the right ear bud will operate perfectly normally for about three minutes....and then all audio will slowly fade.....until there is no sound after five minutes. The problem is not with the battery. It shows 100% and the light is green. The problem is some kind of internal connection. If I tap on the shell of the bud the audio will intermittently return at full volume. They have never been wet dirty or anything else. The failure mode is SO similar there has to be some kind of defect. Always the right earbud and always the same type of failure. The first set lasted about four months, the second set, (both of the 75 active\'s) lasted a little longer. This third set has been a year and a half. I purposely bought this set of 75T\'s instead of the active, hoping the recurring problem has something to do with the active type. NADA. I absolutely love these and that\'s why I keep coming back… But they\'re too expensive to fail with such regularity, and in exactly the same way. Unfortunately I just cannot recommend. In the past, Jabra Support was not responsive beyond instructing me to reinstall firmware and follow all troubleshooting…(I have done that with all three pairs…makes no difference) After I asked for a replacement, even a refurbished, I never heard from them again after multiple attempts on my support ticket. (Fortunately I could return the active\'s to Costco for a full refund) We will see how Java responds with this third pair that I bought directly from Amazon. Just sharing my experience.
- They sound great!!! Fit my ears a heckuva lot better than Apples AirPods but keeping these charged is an issue!! I’ve tried every alternative I can come up with but have NEVER gotten over 52% charged!!! I’ve cleaned them repeatedly even put thin PCs of heavyweight paper in the charging area to keep them on the charging tips but they will not charge over the above stated amount!! In my business climate that’s not nearly enough!! Anyone have suggestions please let me know! Oh yes, they were originally charged as instructed from the beginning!!
- The WF-SP800Ns used to be my daily driver and the Elite 75Ts have instantly become my favorite daily driver even though I\'ve been using them for a few days now.*Included some photo comparisons between the two earbuds*- First Impressions / Setup -The box was beautiful and the unboxing experience was very satisfying. The instructions on the car is very clear having no issues setting up the earbuds. All you really need is to download the Jabra Sound+ app to setup the earbuds and follow any instructions on the app has for updating the earbuds to the latest update. The app was super easy to use and it has a lot of customization options for the earbuds.- Sound and Extras-Out of the box, the sound sounds completely fine to me as I am not an audiophile, but there are presets and a band looking EQ for you to set the sound just the way you want it. The ambient sound for the earbuds sound pretty natural and on the highest level allows you to have enhanced hearing.From the latest update, they added noise cancellation and it easily outperforms the noise cancellation on the WF-SP800Ns but is not as good as the noise cancellation on the RZ-S500W. Regardless, it is very impressive even though it never originally came with the earbuds.- Battery Life / Comfort and Fit / Controls -I rarely listen to music using any earbud for 4+ hours so the battery life is completely fine so no complaints here. Everyone\'s ears are completely different but luckily these earbuds fit my ears perfectly and there were no problems with them falling out.At first, having physical buttons on an earbud didn\'t seem right, but after using them for just a minute, the buttons felt really good as it didn\'t require much force to push them. You can do any action you would like with either button. It was very pleasing to be able to do any kind of controls with either earbud when compared to my previous earbuds.- Call Quality -In the quiet environment test, the call quality was perfect and the person on the other end can hear you crystal clear. Using ambient city street videos playing in the background, the microphones picked up the background noise and the person found it to be annoying but my voice can still be heard even with the loud background noise.- Dislikes -Wish you could use either earbud independently, it would be really helpful especially when you wanted to share your music with others. I hope they could add this feature through a software update one day, but luckily I won\'t be seeing anyone in person these days.That\'s really the only dislike I have about these.- Overall -For the price it\'s at right now, these earbuds are an absolute steal to get with my only gripe is the lack of independent use of each earbud. But with the features it comes including that free ANC at a price of $130, it was impossible not to get them.
- The only problem is that they slip a lot from the ear especially at the gym. Not the best for the gym.
