Voyager 4220 UC Series Bluetooth wireless headset

I do not use as a bluetooth headset because of dropouts in the audio stream. I resorted to connecting the headset/mic to a usb connection for better sound quality but I hate the cord.Added two stars because it turns out that the poor bluetooth connection was due to my computer not the headset. I added a new usb bluetooth to solve the problem.
Spent about $120 on a new pair of these hoping that they would last me a while since by most accounts they seem like good quality headphones. Indeed, the sound, connectivity, and battery life are all good. The longevity, however, is very lacking for this price range. I bought the headphones in April 2021 and in December 2021 the right earphone would occasionally stop working until i physically readjust it, only to stop working again after a couple minutes. Needless to say, this is extremely annoying and unacceptable in situations where I need to focus. I thought it might have to do with the firmware being outdated, but it is up to date.I went to the manufacturer\'s website to see if there are any options for repair or replacement. Getting through the process is a hassle and when I registered the headset, it said that the warranty expired in February 2021, months before I even ordered the product. Very disappointing.
Purchased for working from home - super long battery life, excellent sound quality. Unfortunately, the connection between the earphones is now intermittent about a year later, which makes talking on the phone or listening to anything really difficult.
Nowhere in this listings title or description does it explain that both the charging cable and the bluetooth adapter are USB C. Anybody would assume that it is the old common usb connectors that all laptops other than apple have. I needed these by a certain date and now had to go to a local electronics store and spend $60 for adaptors to be able to connect to my computer.
