Charge it overnight and the battery lasts all day. No installation...just plug in USB and go.Noise cancelling. Works with Avaya (work phone), teams, and Zoom. it also works as regular headphones for computer - can listen to music, training videos, etc.Gives sound alerts through headset for incoming calls etc.Useful buttons on headset - volume, answer/ hang up, mute and unmute.Would buy it again! The only thing I would change is a larger wireless range. I can move around in my office. I can go to the next room. But if I go any further, I can still hear people clearly, but they cannot hear me as well. But still has a decent range!I\'ve had a lot of headsets and this is the best qualify and longest battery and most diverse usage capabilities.
