- This worked perfectly for my Samsung S8+. Find a good YouTube video if you decide to do this yourself and be careful not to strip the tiny internal screws because I\'ve not been able to find any replacements for them.No instructions in the packaging. Be sure to take all of the protective film off of the various areas. I forgot to remove one that covered the normal phone microphone which led me to purchase a replacement component that I didn\'t need. And be very careful removing the back cover so you don\'t crack it or break the fingerprint scanner connector. Both are fragile.Still, I am quite satisfied with the new display!
