• I was actually going to write to you when I got home from vacation tomorrow. I took the speaker with us on our New York trip and realized that the speaker in the box is not the same as what’s in the instructions. It looks like it’s an older model. But I didn’t care for it since the sound was AWESOME. UHave used it since it arrived and very impressed with the sound it outs out. I put it to charge on Saturday and noticed the light would not turn on. Left it to charge all day. When I went to turn it on. It does not work. No sound comes out. No light comes on with or without the charger plugged or unplugged. It just doesn’t work anymore. This is really disappointing but at least it came in handy during our trip. What can you do for me?

• Love this speaker but it could use some help on sound clarity for which I prefer the JBL. If you\'re stuck on which to buy. This is a far better out door speaker than the JBL. If you\'re using it indoors go with the JBL
• Very loud for the size and feels very durable perfect for long hike and camping out.Only con is its a bit too bassy, even after reworking the EQ that low end just doesn\'t want to back off enough. But far from a deal breaker, I\'m very happy with it
• Love my UE Booms, the more the better!
• I have only used a few times battery will not hold a charge only lasts a few minutes
